About the GTK 3.20+ support

GTK 3.20 includes a major rewrite of the theming code and broke all existing GTK3 themes, lets hope this not happend so frequent now that all is CSS.

Since Orion's generally unmaintained these days (as mentiones in issue #2 ), we need a volunteer (anyone) to update Orion to provide at least super-minimal GTK 3.20 support (you can take Numix, Adwaita Greybird GTK3.20 branch as templates or examples). Some people still do use Orion believe or not. and its packaged in a few Linux distros (like Arch AUR).
