Describe the Bug

Anytime the face model of an NPC or the player's one are visible, an almost epileptic light flashes intermittently over the face. This stops happening as soon as the face is no longer visible or you equip a hat where the face is not visible.

This seems to affect both M3 and M4 series chips.

Reproduction Steps

Removing the head equipment provokes this behavior.

Seems to happen with any NPC that has a custom face (i.e: Alfred). Doesn't affect the Doll or Gehrman.

I found that creating a bald character mitigates part of the issue.

Nonetheless, when the camera is afar from the character, the issue persists.
When it's closer it doesn't seem to happen.

Could this be related to hair shaders? Human beards, dogs and beasts hair have visual glitches as well.
