If we decided to use TortoiseORM, then we should configure fastapi-admin too: https://github.com/fastapi-admin/fastapi-admin and test if we can do the same things we did with Django Admin (adding stuff, removing, querying, custom commands, etc.)
With SQL Alchemy, there's also an admin: https://github.com/aminalaee/sqladmin
