The README for rust-ndarray advertises that the crate is continuously developing, but in practice the API has been stable for some time and it doesn't seem like major changes are imminent. Any backwards-incompatible change would ideally be done carefully as there are many users already. Would it make sense to call the current version 1.0 or are there things that really need to be cleaned up first?
