Provide a video lifetime option. Where after the expiration of this time, the video will become a bookmark or it will be deleted.

This can be a rule engine.
Rule can apply to any videos conforming to a certain condition provided by the user.
For example,
If video is greater than 50 mb delete it after 200days.
or if the video channel is a particular channel then delete it after 25 days.
etc
