This would help make the software look much more professional on the command prompt.
Currently floating numbers are only displayed using dot as the decimal separator. Many locales use comma. This conflicts with the localised text of the software.
Also percent values are displayed differently for many countries as well. Most European countries use the 100 % format, and some languages like Turkish and Basque use the %100 format, in accordance with their language settings.
Hopefully this will be considered, and make dnf look much more locale-compliant on the terminal.
