Motoman solid model meshes should be organized by a more detailed model number #2

The current directory structure for the motomand meshes (and associated urdf 
files) are organized by the motoman model number.  Revisions to models are not 
tracked at the model number level, instead a more detailed model number is used 
(e.g. YR-SIA010D-A00 instead of SIA010D).  The directory structure and URDF 
files should be changed to reflect the more detailed model numbers.  If there 
are significant changes between revisions it is possible the the model and/or 
urdf data could be wrong.  This data is used in many places including the 
collision checkers, IK solvers, etc...
