There might be an issue with some VW services today - I had issues switching user accounts in my Golf a few times today ("feature is unavailable" or similar), but it did eventually work.

As usual, logon to the VW website on a regular browser a few times to see if there is a EULA or similar that needs to be accepted. There was an issue a while back where you would need to accept a EULA every time you logged in, but it could be fixed by switching your account to a different country and back again. You can find the details here in github

There is definitely a global VW Group issue with their Connect services today which seems to be impacting all their brands’ apps and connectivity services.
