Implement Leaderboard and Reward Distribution

Create a contract that maintains a leaderboard of the top 10 players and distributes rewards based on the monthly Game Pass fee.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The contract should track player scores and update the leaderboard accordingly.
• The leaderboard should display the top 10 players based on their scores.
• The contract should distribute a percentage of the monthly Game Pass fee to the top 10 players.

Hey @Josh-121, wasn't active on this as it was not on current roadmap as I was told, besides, it would have been blocked by some recent PRs related to how to store game winners, it's not a dormant assignment, I'm keenly following mate 🙂
