Create pytest for __theory functions

Create pytest tests for the C interface (probably using python).
Simply testing every method on its own.

@AnanyDubey Hey, you are always welcome to contribute. You can find a lot of information about all our projects at https://potassco.org . To pursue development in any of these tools it makes sense that you already used these tools on your own to solve your own problems. You need to understand the tool to change it.
If you feel ready just grab one of the issues marked as "good first issue" and create a fork of the project.
Best, start with a draft PR with your first ideas/changes and do not feel discouraged if further changes are needed to accept the PR. It always takes some iterations.
