Pure proxy support / exploration with possible multi sig support

Supporting pure proxies is a use case that the dashboard has not yet explored, but is a strong privacy and security feature of Polkadot that is worth taking advantage of, especially for Staking with large amounts of funds.

This issue is for exploring the feature, and whether it can also tie into some multi sig support.
