@jbyrne6 so this means we should report those to Jack to fix before David tests this? Can you report them to him?

@davidcolemanjpl Please test HiTIDE in UAT for this.
Release 4.16.2-rc.1

Please test all Collection's Info (I) Spatial Resolutions and verify they are correct.
This may be related to another one of your JIRA tickets. Can you merge the results of this with that?
