3.1 - Working Edition

Confirmed that everything works with my instructions. Rebuilt my server on scratch on it. Please report any problems or mistakes

Improvements:

• Uses UnionFS to assist in syncing files to your google drive
• Bandwidth is fixed to prevent google upload ban
• Added Webfront end instructions (requires some cleanup)
