Asyncio Error on start #1076

On start, this error appears:
ERROR:asyncio:Task was destroyed but it is pending!

With asyncio debug on, the terminal prints this.

The audio streaming right after this, turns to static.

can you provide full repro steps @jonnyjohnson1 ? were you running a specific example?
