Random ETIMEOUT and hangups after uploading files

most of my files get uploaded and after the 20th or 30th file, things start timing out

I'm seeing the same thing.
Uploads a different number of files each time; Other times it completes with no problems.

Same here. Setting options.maxOperations to something like 5 seems to help most of the time. But I've had timeouts on lower values as well.
