Hi @pkrog, I have been working on the isa-galaxy tool to deal with the controlled terminology in better ways but yeah we need to look into this. next week probably and we'll probably need discussion with you. thx!

@pkrog I believe @Tomnl is responsible for the mzml2isa and nmrml2isa tools.
