A fake crypto exchange website and several subdomains, which are fraudulent phishing scam sites.

"Boomchange.com" was blocked, but a fake account attempted to get it unblocked here: #554 without success. Subsequently, another account of them managed to successfully get the phishing site unblocked here through social engineering: #895
