Describe the bug

The total balance shown on the Portal dashboard is incorrect, this ticket is to fix that

Reproduction

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to portal.pendulumchain.org
Check the balance on the dashboard
Shows exponential value, which is incorrect

Expected behavior

Correct user total balance should be displayed
