Embed: In-component flow verification of Holonym Phone & KYC

User Story:

As a user with a low Unique Humanity Score
I want to verify my identity through Holonym KYC & Phone verification
So that I can improve my Unique Humanity Score

Acceptance Criteria

GIVEN users have a low Unique Humanity Score
WHEN they are using Passport Embed
THEN they should be able to claim Zeronym credentials directly from the component

How do we offer in-component verification(s) removing the steps needed to complete?

• Reduce the need to login (pass the wallet address from component to Zeronym)
• Direct link to KYC selection (skip screen with Gov ID, Phone, Clean hands, & ePassport)
• Automatically refresh on proof issuance (e.g. SBT issued, check and issue credential)
