When testing SONIC_DEBUGGING_ON=y we noticed that dbgsym packages would not get built. See #19.
But, doing another build will find the .deb file (ignore the lack of the dbgsym deb file) and carry on.
This could be seen as an advantage, but I rather see it as a dependency issue: if a build succeeds only when 2 products (regular + dbgsym deb) are created, it should not be allowed to continue if there is only 1 end product.
