I’m trying to send plain text position and environmental messages to another MQTT server, but I’m running into some issues. I’ve already deleted the default channel PSK field and disabled encryption in the MQTT tab, but the messages are still coming through garbled.
The icon next to the device name still displays the green lock. How do I get it to unlock?
For context, I’m using a T_Echo device running version 2.5.16 and the Android 2.5.14 app.
Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Is this a bug?
