Finishing Autoware Labs Project

Updates from developers

• Mitsudome:
  • Preparing release of Autoware 2024.10.
  • Planning for Autoware Core development
• Sasaki:
  • updating version update GitHub Actions to include git diff descriptions with the PR so reviewers know what was changed between the two versions.
• Lukasz:
  • Continue working on improving traffic control for AWSIM
  • Fatih: It might be better to create a PR to the upstream until we agree with AWSIM-Labs merging to AWSIM.
