AV4EV_Sim Update

• Previously we developed the Pennovation and the Purdue race track environments mainly for testing the go-kart. We are updating the Pennovation environment for better assets and textures, and working to add two new environments: Off-road track and Mill19
• We are adding two new vehicles: Eve-Autonomy Kart and the 1/5 scale off-road vehicle, and potentially F1tenth. They, along with the go-kart, can be added as the ego vehicle for simulation. They can be added to run in any of the environments we developed
• We have shared the Pennovation model with Simulation WG and will assist them in integrating the environment in AWSIM/Unity. Once the new environments are completed, we'll share them as well.
• Pennovation environment update
  -- Tree and grass models: The tree models are being custom-designed using the Mtree blender plugin to match their look in real life better.
  
  -- Road and ground texture update: better asphalt, lane marking, and ground textures similar to the Purdue race track environment
  
• New off-road track environment
  -- Mainly for testing the 1/5 scale off-road vehicle and F1tenth car
  -- Track width around 3 meters wide
  -- Includes many ramps and turns
  -- Reference track photo
  
• New Mill19 environment
  -- Digital twin environment based on Carnegie Mellon University (CMU)'s Mill19 research center
  
  
  -- It is a research center at CMU similar to Pennovation. It's home to CMU’s Advanced Robotics for Manufacturing (ARM) Institute.
  -- Features a modern building built inside a large Mill building with complicated steel structures
  -- This building will host this year's Safety21 and we are planning to bring our Eve-Autonomy Kart for real-life Autoware and simulation demo(using the digital twin environment)
  -- 3D model ported from Google map for reference and our current building model
