Build issue description

I have a problem when implementing the open vino model with pywebview then I run it using a mini PC with specs: core i5 gen 7 and 8gb ram I have problem a Memory Leak. does anyone know the solution?

1. Steps that you did until you encountered that issue.
2. Error message encountered (How you discovered the memory leak)
3. Have you considered to use the latest version of OpenVINO (version 2024 or 2025) since the one you are using is outdated (version 2022). The issue might been fixed in a newer version of OV.
