Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

With optimised prefix pattern for remote store path (as mentioned in #12567), we would need to ensure that we associate remote store path type for an index that is created using any mode (index creation, data streams, rollovers, and snapshot restore). In this issue, we aim to validate that the same is present.

Describe the solution you'd like

As part of this task, we intend to write ITs for the same.
