Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe
Mkdocs is absolutly outstanding to have simple and quick overview. However with increasing complexity of the documentation it might reach its limits.

Describe the solution you'd like
Let's move to docusaurus. I tested it in this fork and it looks nice. So the transition should be fairly straight forward.

@lionel-munoz I do not think that this should have any impact on the current work on the climate-resilience stuff, but I wanted to make sure that we catch any issues early.
