Glossary = terms we want to have used consistently but not key concepts of the standard. Common to move a term between sections, depending on what are defined to be critical concepts

users/stakeholders [From W3C] The following stakeholders and actors were identified when the use cases have been collected and requirements were identified. Note that these stakeholders and roles may overlap in some use cases.
- device owners
- device user
- cloud provider
- service provider
- device manufacturer
- gateway manufacturer
- identity provider
- directory service operator
- terms used in requirements
Note: If you have an authoritative source for a term, by all means, cite the source (e.g., another standard)!
Data Dictionary is generated as part of the standard. So, in order to get 100% consistency with use cases and requirements, "we" (Chuck) could generate a "flavor" of the data dictionary for this glossary.
