Hi everyone,

On Slack, @benbenben2 still has issues with background tasks:

However, the logs that we have here are incomplete to understand what's the real issue.
TODO: investigate and find if we can add more info

It looks like SEC is the barcode, which is unusual.

With #4877 we'll have a clearer view of the server response.
If needed we may add info when the advanced user clicks on the task (cf. OP), like the product (as JSON) we send to the server.

Thank you guys for looking at it.

For the ones on the bottom, after 1 day and reloading the pending contributions (pushed the arrows as a circle), it finally disappeared.
Just waiting, solved the issue, it seems.

For the ones on top, there was some "no barcode specified" message. I killed those tasks, in the end.

@benbenben2 Actually it's the way it's supposed to work in those cases: the user edits the product, the changes are uploaded to the server, and then it takes less than 10 minutes for robotoff/the server to induce additional data, which is why we refresh the local product with (hopefully fresher) server data 10 minutes after the edit upload.

For the ones on top, there was some "no barcode specified" message. I killed those tasks, in the end.

Those were the strange errors in this issue.
You decided to kill the tasks, therefore we have no way to investigate the issue anymore.
But a least we have more verbose logs now, with potential ideas to improve again the logs, so thank you for that!
Closing the issue as we cannot go anywhere, but feel free to open a new issue if something similar happens.
