Branch protection

• I have added a simple branch protection to develop, with the only requirement being for the tests to pass. Is that ok with everyone ?
• How do we ensure we don't break deployment to stores, since it's only done on release/0.0.2 ?

For the first thing, sure why not we don't relying on the backend like in off-dart

For the second thing test passing should also be good we just have to add many more tests

Another thing we can think about is ios builds in post-submit checks, but this probably needs further steps right?

But let's first fix the compilation and then think about things like that

@teolemon Good idea to add some protection! Would that protection be smart enough to check the compilation (or whatever feature) on both Android and iOS?
I don't know how the automatic deployment works, but in my own experience the play stores are not shy if something is slightly wrong during a manual deployment, therefore I doubt we can send crap to play stores. Besides, in both Android and iOS there's a test version layer (open testing and test flight): if we crash a test version that's what the test versions are here for.
