Rolling Popups - ECCC site

On the eccc.opendatarescue.org site, the transcription app is experiencing rolling pop-ups after annotation boxes are drawn. Each pop-up stacks on top of the other and floods the page.

Ideally: please remove the pop-ups completely.

This is still an issue. When the transcription screen gets too cluttered, the page has to be refreshed and and all the setttings redone. This is also an issue in editing mode

@VickyS08 can you please give a step by step example of this happening. I tried and the popups go away and they did no accumulate.

The help text tends to appear randomly and not go away. The help text pop-ups stick on screen until the screen is cluttered up and needs to be refreshed.
