Hi，When I run obd-dicom, it says libopenjpeg.dll is missing?
And whether the user manual can be provided

I will look into it, really only compiled on Mac and Linux so I'll have to get a Windows VM up to test.

Working on getting a README up with some examples. For now look at the code in the cmd directory
