This is a data-only release after the March submission window.

Check DCC submission status
Run cfde_deriva.release draft
Run cfde_deriva.release build <release-id>
Smoke test chaise on pre-release
Smoke test dashboard on pre-release
Run cfde_deriva.release prune-favorites <release-id>
Run cfde_deriva.release publish <release-id>
Restart httpd on cat-prod-1 and cat-prod-2 (to clear dashboard-api caches)
Announce availability
