npm dependencies are outdated for fresh ionic/angular 4 project

I tried to install via npm and got dependency error..

(node 6.9.2 / npm 3.10.9 /
Ionic Framework: 3.1.1
Ionic App Scripts: 1.3.7
Angular Core: 4.0.2
Angular Compiler CLI: 4.0.2)

So i rebuild with new dependencies and it works (at least i think so - i am using it first time :D)

@sh33dafi I think nobody seems to care - it only causes a warning nag, but it works
