Ensure Dynamic DNS Resolution operates normally in NGINX OSS 1.27.3 when Plus is enabled

Overview

Dynamic DNS Resolution has been added to NGINX OSS in v1.27.3 and is no longer an NGINX Plus specific feature

This task is to asses the impact of any feature in NGINX Ingress Controller that relates to Dynamic DNS Resolution, and to determine what (if any) changes need to be made.

UACs:

• Ensure features that require Dynamic DNS Resolution still operate when plus is enabled
