noip.com blocked by bypass methods

Hi
I have block bypass methods enabled on profile had no issues until now:

nextdns logs are advising noip.com is being blocked by bypass methods
I don't see this in the list at github and worked prior can you review ?

Thank you @xenia-09A @romaincointepas, the domain has no place on the bypass list, it belongs in the DynDNS category. It is incorrectly marked as a VPN in my domain database. The domain will be removed from the bypass list.
