Provide setup information and backup current scripts

We want to understand the current deployment flow and also backup all used scripts/code for future use.

• check / adapt Readme.md if necessary -> What is necessary do "release" a change?
• backup websocket backend code from replit.com
• backup frontend code from jsfiddle.com

Backup can be found in the backup branch.
To change the Dashboard, you have to first fork the JSFiddle and change the code there.
Once done, redeploy the JSFiddle host page and update the index url here
