The scavenger-agent published to maven declares runtime dependency to scavenger-model. However, this is not published to maven central. As a result the gradle build fails.

Hi,
As you said, scavenger-agent has dependency to scavenger-model.
It seems that the process of converting proto files to Java class files is missing.
Please run the generateProto task in the Gradle build of scavenger-model.
