Allow action on "enter" key input

For cases where there is a physical keyboard, the enter key may be pressed. Commonly, if there's a single text entry, we may treat this as a form submission, or at least advance the form input focus. However, there doesn't appear to be a way to receive an onEnter event and submit the form.
