in getPackageData function,
install-peerdeps using yarn info package@version --json to get package.json content.
but seems like unwork in yarn@3:

first problem, yarn info do not support specify version number in package name

and, stdout return content with unexpected format:

english is not my native language, hope you understand what i meant 😄
