Compositor/Display Server: Sway/Wayland

To be clear, I understand the ramifications of disabling letterboxing. I still want to get rid of it. I've restarted the browser several times & the option refuses to take effect despite claiming that it's been set in the settings menu

Just tried on Fedora 41 KDE spin, and it worked as expected.

Because both Arch and changing the default configuration are not supported, we won't be looking at this further for the moment.

@Thorin-Oakenpants Thanks for sharing this! Workaround doesn't work for me, unfortunately (edit: nevermind, it does)- glad to know that it will be fixed eventually regardless

For those who don't want to scroll through the GitLab thread:

Just want to share a simple workaround I found: open a new window that is initially tiled at a different size than you ultimately want. It seems like this issue is only triggered when you resize to the exact pixel size that the window was when it first opened - it happens even if you resize to the exact size manually.
