Add MTGO 'catId' to each card

It has been requested that the unique ID MTGO uses per card be added to the cards in MTGJSON. I'd have to do a lot of research into this. Not sure if these diff per MTGO client (new vs old). Here is a list of some: https://www.mtgolibrary.com/mlbot_php/installer/CatID.txt

Of course if I were to do this I would need to figure out a way to automatically extract this information directly from the MTGO client files.
