M5Stack Nightscout Monitor v2019-05-12-01

Binary files together with M5Burner (thanks to Patrick Sonnerat). Just download, unpack, run M5Burner.exe, set your COM port, baud rate to 921600, choose firmware and BURN. Do not forget to insert SD card with files from SD folder to you M5Stack.
