Hi, thanks for making a native Mac and IOS client. I’m admin over at RetroMac and while I’m using the excellent Mobius server software a client for Mac and iOS is definitely needed.

Is the iOS version currently self-build or do you plan on releasing to the App Store (either official or EU)?

Another alternative would be for users to use AltStore to side load the .ipa file.

Happy to support any dev where I can.

Gotta build it yourself at the moment. Thinking about running a tracker that only lists, uh, friendly servers and considering submitted to App Store. Probably worth a shot. Would love for this to be easy to install for people on their phones. :)

Never used AltStore before. Let's consider that a last resort. :)

I'd be willing to pay for a universal binary to help cover your developer licence if that helps with your decision making :)

It’s been a while since I played with Xcode and having difficulties building for iOS (errors etc) is there a cheat sheet somewhere to help users (new and old) out?

I'll take a look at getting iOS working again when I get back to the project soon. Sorry about that.

No worries, in the meantime is it possible to distribute an unsigned .ipa for AltStore/SideStore usage?

Any update on the iOS version or supplying an .ipa for side loading?

I haven't had a chance to work on this the past few weeks but I do intend to keep hacking on it. Definitely, yes. Not exactly sure when sorry!

Submitting to the app store makes sense to me, Mierau I can setup a 'safe' tracker if you need to, we actually have one kinda already that can be configured. hltracker.com has subdomains we can set one as password protected pretty easily. If thats the limit?

Any progress on a downloadable .ipa? As much as I love using BasiliskII to run Hotline I’d love a native iOS/iPadOS version to play with.

Great to see development continuing, loving the Mac build. Will the recent changes to the Mac version mean that the iOS version should now build successfully?

EDIT: Still fails open build for me.

Going to return to iOS app soon. Apologies. Been focused on getting functionality into Mac app as time permits. Then iOS. :)
