Terminal Suggest: Typing quickly on pwsh will drop the start of the command line from suggestions

Repro:

• Suggest on
• pwsh (mac or Windows)
• Type code quickly, 🐛 suggestions start with o or d

I have seen this just twice out of many, many attempts on mac. Is there anything you do to repro more often so I can look into it?

Nope, but it happens almost every time for me. Think Anthony was on minimal pwsh setup too when he saw it. Typing cd might be easier to type really fast? Try hitting the keys at the same time maybe?

I can reproduce on insider's, but not oss based on my branch. we'll see in insider's tomorrow what it's like
