Option to edit existing comment if existing?

Right now, using this plugin causes a new comment to be made for every trigger, even if it is in the same place (Pull request).

It would be nice if the plugin could receive some option to update an already existing comment, either replacing the content or appending to it.
This would reduce overall spam.
