Desired Behaviour

Mantid Imaging's developer guidelines have not been updated for a while and are loosely based on the Mantid Projects guidelines.

We should update and formalise our contribution guidelines to improve contribution accessibility.

Current Behaviour

Mantid Imaging's contribution guidelines exist, but may be out of date.
