Deal with abandonment of laminas-text

This package depends on laminas-text, which has been abandoned. (It's used for Figlets at very least). Should we deprecate the Figlet CAPTCHA? Should we move the Figlet generator out of laminas-text and into this package? Is there a different solution worth considering?

This path should be taken. Or does someone use this variant as a captcha?

@froschdesign, it's a configurable option in my project, but I'm not sure that it's ever used. I don't think taking it away would be a disaster for us. We'll discuss on our community call today.

Assuming all agree that deprecation is the best path forward, please let me know if you need my help. I'm not familiar with the deprecation process in this project, but if you can point me to a standards document or give me a rough idea of what needs to happen, I don't mind taking a few minutes to get a PR started.
