Add YOLO segmentation as source format

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some datasets are prepared to segmentation tasks. However, I would like to use them for detection.

Describe the solution you'd like
Simply taking all the points of the segmentation annotation and take the min_x, min_y, max_x, max_y to transform it to a bounding box and be able to use those annotations for detection tasks. And even make it possible to transform it to COCO format for example
