Description

This is a duplicate of kyma-project/infrastructure-manager#273 to handle the adjustments within the Provisioner.

AC:

Provisioner is using AZ to determine whether a cluster is used as free/trial instance or for enterprises purposes (1AZ=free/trial otherwise enterprise cluster).
If free/trial the fix is applied as described in Adjust Calico resource consumption for 2 CPU instances infrastructure-manager#273
If enterprise, the fix is applied as described in Adjust Calico resource consumption for 2 CPU instances infrastructure-manager#273
