Confusion in Mean Squared Error (MSE)

Hello,

I noticed a possible inconsistency in the documentation regarding the formula for the Mean Squared Error (MSE). The formula in the documentation seems to use 1/2n, whereas the standard definition of MSE is 1/n. Is there a specific reason to use 1/2n?
